Beervana 2023
Beervana is a mind-bending, palate expanding Beer wonderland. From outrageous brewery displays to the best culinary bites, from exciting live music to weird street performance, there’s something new to discover around every corner. Burger Wellington presented by Garage Project is set to heat up your winter when it returns from 11 - 27 August 2023.
Our 2023 Burger Wellington entry is the Pork Papi: A fusion of tender roasted Freedom Farm pork shoulder & braised pork belly comes together in a crispy coated patty, topped with shaved champagne ham, melted Swiss cheese, pickles and a specially blended mustard burger sauce, served in a Zaida's brioche bun. Alongside Cuban seasoned fries & dipping sauce.

Ginology - Gin Tasting
Lads and lassies, have we got a grand treat in store for ye! Join us for an unforgettable evening of gin tasting at D4 on Featherston on Saturday 1st July from 6:00 pm. We'll be talkin' and tastin' our way through the very best of Wellington's craft gins!
When you arrive, you'll be greeted with a moorish mulled gin that'll warm you up and get you in the mood for the evening ahead. We've also got the talented Lora Kurusa on the classical guitar to keep your feet tapping while you indulge in the delicious canapes.
What's a gin tasting without a little expert knowledge to back it up? Our very own gin aficionados, Dermot and Jason, will be takin' you through the ins and outs of five of the finest Wellington gin creations. We're talkin' the cream of the crop here, folks - including Reid & Reid, Chemistry Gin, Southward Distilling & Lighthouse Gin.

Hopstock
The 11th annual Craft Beer Capital Hopstock festival will soon be upon us! 26 fresh hop beers pouring across 26 of Wellington's best beer venues April 19th - 23rd. 2023. Hopstock is a celebration of New Zealand's hop harvest, specifically the fresh-hopped beers that can only be crafted in a very small window following the annual hop harvest. These special beers will be exclusively poured across our Craft Beer Capital bars throughout the event dates.

Stormzy brings his H.I.T.H World Tour to New Zealand in December 2022. Kicking off this December, Stormzy will perform his biggest New Zealand shows to date in Wellington’s TSB Arena - a short stroll from D4 on Featherston!
Originally scheduled for 2020, Stormzy's plan to take over New Zealand stages was put on pause due to the outbreak of COVID-19. But the wait is finally over, as fans can get ready for the fierce wordplay from the UK giant, prepared to leave his mark on New Zealand shores with a performance years in the making.

Fifa World Cup
The 2022 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to be the 22nd edition of the FIFA World Cup. Defending champions France, look to become the first country to win back-to-back World Cup’s since Brazil, in 1962. So who will take out top honors in Qatar? You can keep up to date and catch the action at D4! We will be showing a select few games LIVE & will do our best make all the replays available on the big screeens.

It's time to see the stars shine! T20 legends India return to New Zealand at the start of this summer to take on the BLACKCAPS in the first of a three-match T20 series. The last time these two teams met in Wellington was January 2020 where the game went to a super over to determine the eventual winner, India. Time to make amends!

The All Blacks will play Japan at the National Stadium in Tokyo on Saturday 29 October for the newly created Lipovitan-D Challenge Cup 2022. It will be the seventh time the All Blacks have played Japan and the first Test between the two countries since they met in Tokyo in 2018.

Six60 Saturdays
After rescheduling the tour from February and March earlier this year due to covid restrictions, SIX60 SATURDAYS is now almost upon us beginning in a little over two months’ time at Wellington's Sky Stadium on October 29.
In what is a new chapter for SIX60, the band has just released their latest single Before you Leave, off their fourth studio album "Castle Street" set to drop on Oct 7. These shows will be fans' first chance to see these songs played live in what promises to be a kick start to Summer of epic proportions!

The Rugby Championship is underway for 2022. This year, the All Blacks head into the championship with their backs against the wall, coming off a first ever series loss to Ireland in the last month. Will Australia take the Bledisloe Cup home for the first time in 20 years?

D4 on Featherston will be open this Sunday 17th July, to celebrate a thrilling test series between the All Blacks & Ireland. We’ll be open from midday and want to encourage all of our regulars and the travelling Irish supporters to come in and have the craic one more time. Steinlager Series - All Blacks v Ireland
With three wins out of the last five, the Irish will be feeling mighty confident heading into a cracking test rugby series in the heart of All Black territory. But - if we know the All Blacks, they'll be craving a dominant win to put the world on notice.
The All Blacks 2022 Steinlager Series begins on Saturday 2 July against Ireland at Auckland's Eden Park, with the second stop of the series in Dunedin on Saturday 9 July. New Zealand v Costa Rica
The field for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar is nearing completion as Costa Rica and New Zealand meet in an inter-confederation playoff to determine one of the final two spots on Tuesday in Al Rayyan.
It’s winner take all with the victor ensured a return trip to Qatar in November, joining Spain, Germany and Japan in Group E, while the loser gets a one-way ticket back home after coming agonizingly close to reaching the World Cup.

HopDogs 2022
Hop Dogs is back for 2022 bringing you a whole range of NZ's breweries paired with some of Wellington's best venues for a craft beer and hotdog pairing. There'll be meaty, spicy, vegan - and even some dessert dogs. This year D4 will be producing two top dogs, stay tuned for more!

D4 on Featherston presents a 'Magic Music Night' with local talents Aimon Kong & Chris Bryant who will be in the house to entertain you!
Aimon Kong, is local street magician in Wellington. He recently toured New Zealand with his 'Bad Ass Magic Show' and came 2nd in the New Zealand Magician competition. He's bringing an impressive array of tricks with him and will be performing mind-blowing magic up close and personal.
Following this, Chris Bryant is booked to perform all the Irish classics! They're a fantastic Irish band based in Wellington and will cap the night off with some great tunes!
