I go here nearly every morning for my daily dose of good coffee, cheap breakfast and most importantly the fantastic service and smiles I get from the waitress daily. I don't know her name but she was quite the trooper with a broken arm and remembers what I order everyday.Thanks for the exceptional service and being the highlight of my day ( even on weekends).
If you want great service and good food I highly recommend this classy bar/restaurant.

What can I say?
Not much my friend as I and so was the entire crowd who attended the event on Saturday, were just blown away by the venue, the food and more importantly, Fin and your outstanding Staff.
I knew what my expectations were but you guys well exceeded those and I know for a fact that a few of my family and friends have definitely noted down in their address books D4 Irish Bar as a rather classy venue of where to hold a Private Function.
I can't thank-you enough for making my birthday an event that myself, family and friends said they'll never forget.

The party was amazing and your whole team were fabulous - the party guests were raving about D4 Irish Bar as a venue, the food, the service, the lovely Irish staff, the music...a good time had by all, especially by the birthday boy Michael. Guinness Pint Master 2009
The 2009 Guinness Pint Masters for New Zealand have been crowned. They are Dermot Murphy and Finbar Clabby from one of my favourite bars, D4 Irish Bar & Restaurant on Featherston Street in Wellington.
These cheeky chaps won their regional final and then beat the four other regional winners in three heats including the perfect pint pour, Guinness Art and the Guinness Cocktail creation. As well as their lovely trophies, they have each won a trip to Dublin to visit the Guinness Brewery in its 250th year. Congratulations to Derm and Fin.
Brunch Review - Martin
My family had lunch at D4 Irish Bar last Saturday (30th October) to celebrate my mother's 79th birthday and their Golden Wedding Anniversary. I wanted to take them to somewhere smart, relaxed, and where they would be treated as special guests. Please pass my thanks to the staff because the family loved it and will be talking about it for years to come.
