Four Course Valentine’s Day Menu

 

Starter

Tomato, Basil and Bocconcini Bruschetta

 

Entrée Sharing Platter

Seafood Plate

Beetroot cured salmon, sautéed prawns w/ garlic parsley butter, salt and pepper calamari, fish cerviche served with toast, rocket, capers and avocado yogurt.

Antipasto Plate

Seared halloumi, marinated olive and feta mix, oven roasted tomato w/ pinenut and parmesan shavings, kikorangi blue cheese served with toast, rocket, olive tapenade and capers.

 

Main Course

Lamb Rump (to share)

Served Medium Rare with butter & chive gourmet potato’s, baby carrot, pea puree, jus and mint sauce. On a platter board to share.

280g Fully Trimmed Sirloin Steak

With a horseradish mash, baby carrots and crispy onions drizzled with pan juices and jus

Pan-seared Salmon

With new potatoes tossed in a dill dressing, pea puree and a lemon wedge.

Ricotta and Pinenut stuffed Portobello Mushroom

With a Pesto gnocchi and red pepper tapenade

 

Dessert

D4 Meringues

Topped with fresh strawberries, chantilly cream, berry coulis and mint leaves. Served up in a bowl to be shared with love!!!
